Metal Toad has a variety of interesting and relevant content to share with the market. The challenge is engaging the team to capture and share it externally with more structure and consistency.
How do we engage Toads to share relevant and strategic content?
Define and implement Metal Toad's first content strategy and content engagement model. This internal initiative was launched at a company-wide event on March 30, 2019 and is currently being piloted company-wide.
The company-wide presentation was met with great enthusiasm and interest. Within it's first week of launch, seven content submissions were received from team members.
